Micro Wedding in Florence Countryside
No big crowd, no fuss — just the two of them, their closest family, a cypress-lined road and all the feels.
In a constant dance with life.
The happiest on the peak of a mountain. Loving adventures, blue berries and a pinch of philosophy in my jasmine tea.
dreamer / traveller / mindful human
I live in Montevarchi, at the heart of Tuscany, and have been a wedding photographer in Tuscany for the last 10 years. I started as a part of a wedding duo, shooting over 40 weddings a year. 3 years ago our paths split and I set off to be an independent photographer working on my own and giving my photographic identity my personal touch.
Today I’m a fulfilled wedding photographer with a mission of making my clients’ wedding dreams come true. I’m also a mum of two wonderful kids, a traveller in heart and yogi in spirit.
This is my present, but where did it all start?
Born in 1985 and raised in Poland, I left home when I was 18. I left my loving family, the forests and meadows among which I grew up and left for London.
My dream was to study writing and after a year of intense learning, I got accepted on a Journalism Degree at Middlesex University.
Three years had passed, but it turned out that England was not my cup of tea and neither was journalism. I still loved writing, but I sure wasn’t a good material for a journalist.
Thankfully life took me to Italy where I did my second degree in Graphic Design, which then led me to photography.
But it’s not where it all started. From Italy, I moved to Australia, then took a gap year for travel in Southeast Asia, moved to Berlin, then Warsaw, before coming back to Tuscany. Each of these experiences added a small brick to my photographic existence.
Becoming a photographer wasn’t my child’s dream, but rather a calling I felt as an adult in search of my way of self-expression.
My work is an expression of what I am most passionate about – stories, emotions, nature, adventures and human interactions.
I look for naturalness in everything – in my subjects, in the light and in the surroundings. I love authenticity in people, natural backdrops and wilderness. If I can add a pinch of adventure to the photos, I’m head over the moon. The crazier the idea, the better!
The colour palette I use is warm, rich and painted with light.
